Adrian Christopher Tan is a principal consultant and founder of One.Strategist LLP. He is a senior member of ASQ, an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a member of PMI and a Project Management Professional (PMP^®). He is also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (CNLP). Adrian has led many organizational development projects during the course of his career and has also coached many business leaders towards achieving their goals both for themselves and their businesses. He has also coached several Lean Six Sigma Black and Green Belts and Kaizen teams.

Adrian also has a strong professional background in leadership, quality management and business improvements. He has published 2 articles "Why is continuous improvement a profit centre" and "Surviving an economic recession: A business improvement perspective". He has also worked with Pat Wellington, co-author of the book "Effective Team Leadership for Engineers" on a case study "Training Lean Six Sigma Green Belts to lead improvement projects". He is also an article contributor for the the ASQ Quality Progress magazine.
