Refund and Cancellation Policy for Seminars and Training
One.Strategist quarantees our seminars and training are of highest quality. If any of our seminars or training do not meet your needs, please contact us promptly and we will provide a refund.
If any cancellation of participation in our seminars or training is made at least 14 days prior to commencement date, we will provide a refund which is your registration fee minus SGD150 (adminstrative fee).
We also seek your understanding that there will be no refund for any cancellation of particpation less than 14 days prior to seminar or training date.
