About the Course
Lean is a philosphy and culture of constantly looking out for opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency through the identification and elimination of wastes. The end result is to deliver more value to customers. Many techniques of waste elimination exists to implement Lean, such as 5S, visual management, total productive maintenance, etc. However, using the techniques alone will not be sufficient in sustaining a Lean initiative in any organization. What is needed is a system and structure of managing Lean implementation, a.k.a Lean Management System. This course will provide participants with the practical knowledge of how to implement a successful Lean program for their companies. Examples drawn from the real-life experiences of the trainer will be provided.
