About the Course
Lean Six Sigma is often perceived as a complex methodology that is difficult to apply due to its demanding technical nature. Many professionals are usually put off by its complex jargons and statistical techniques involved. There is also widespread misconception that Lean Six Sigma is only relevant to the manufacturing sector and usually practiced by engineers. This 1-day seminar intends to dispel these perceptions, and provide an overview of what Lean Six Sigma is all about. Participants will be taken through the DMAIC process of problem solving and Lean techniques such that they will find the application of Lean and Six Sigma an easier task than previously imagined. This seminar is also a useful preview of what to expect should a participant decide to obtaining Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt qualifications.
