Our consultancy services are modelled to help our clients identify an appropriate performance improvement strategy to adopt, before implementation solutions are proposed. Depending on the nature of the project, our consulting engagements typically commence with client profiling to obtain baseline information on client maturity, followed by opportunity identification for improvement. Only then will we proceed with solution generation for adoption by our clients.
Our consulting programmes are typically in the areas of organizational development, productivity improvement and quality systems improvement.
Our consultants have certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP®) qualifications who are also NLP Practitioners.
