One.Strategist's strategy

One.Strategist LLP provides coaching, training and consultancy to both individuals and organizations seeking to achieve excellence in whatever they do. Our clients are those who are constantly seeking to improve their effectiveness and mastery in various areas, such as in their careers, business, personal and professional lives, etc. Through our programmes, we empower our clients to achieve their objectives and goals by giving them access to the resources they need, sharpening their acumen, and improving their decision-making & systems thinking skills, as well as productivity.

About the Founder

One.Strategist LLP is founded by Adrian Christopher Tan, who is also principal consultant & coach. He is a senior member of ASQ, an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a Project Management Professional (PMP^®) and a NLP Practitioner. Adrian is an experienced change agent and has been engaged in several change management projects throughout his career. He has also coached business owners to solve business issues towards achieving their desired business goals.

He has published 2 articles "Why is continuous improvement a profit centre" and "Surviving an economic recession: A business improvement perspective". He has also worked with Pat Wellington, co-author of the book "Effective Team Leadership for Engineers" on a case study "Training Lean Six Sigma Green Belts to lead improvement projects". He is also an article contibutor to the ASQ's Quality Progress magazine.
